A cool looking pod I had. saved seeds and will try and grow them. maybe I'll get a plant full of evil chiles. :) First pod of the late season! yay! good news are the plant is much more "chinense-like", but if they don't get bigger I might have to change the name. :lol: Still got some Red...

Oh sorry, not familiar with the lyrics. :) Anyhow, they indeed very good eating. I did notice while searching online that "New World" quails aren't related to the "Old World" quails I know and love, but if they're anything like them, definitely worth catching. quail eggs are also delicious.

Quails are EXCELLENT eating! so are partridges. used to "hunt" for common quails, especially while in service and in the middle of nowhere. good stuff. :)
