It means they were treated to inhibit fungi growth. it's a good thing. just don't put any in your mouth. ;)

That's just chile juice.

The Douglah is noticeably hotter than the Bhut Jolokia.

I mix mine myself. I get the peat pretty clean. :)

We might germinate seeds a bit differently, but I use trays with small slots. if the mix doesn't hold water well, it dries out really fast. I find it to work best.
