    Well my fish fertilizer has low amounts of Nitrogen, so i guess it helps. I also throw epson salt on every once in a while. I try not to cause i live in Miami, Florida and we are surrounded by water. Im sure the air is full of salt. But i still add some epson salt here and there.

    well the reason i ask is because my plants are around 1 feet tall and they are sprouting flowers already. should i pinch them off and let the plant grow a little more before i let it flower?

    thanks for all the help guys, im on the hunt for a dehydrator and i dont find one at a resonable price, then ill take it old school and hang it by a window. do they lose color this way?

    i used regular potting mix which probably provided food for just 2-3 months and ive been adding fish fertilizer every other week. the bottle of fert i have states 5-1-1 so i guess its a very low dose of nutrition. what would i do with the banana peel? just put them on top of the soil?
