I'm not familiar with whatever Keystone means. But, this all seems kind of really expensive. Most people around here sell seeds for much, much less. Or they just trade, or give them away... But good luck anyway.

You're right about crosses not affecting the current generation. There are a few reasons for plants to be producing odd shaped fruit. First few pods are sometimes a little weird. Plants are stressed, or unhealthy. Your seeds could have been cross pollinated last year. Where'd you get your seeds?

How was the creeper?

Yeah, me neither. It was a decent pepper, good looking plant, but didn't really wow me. It's kind of funny how it became so hyped up...I guess all because of Nigel. I'd like to try the pod he ate. I do have some crosses growing from it this year, excited to see what they do.

  I don't actually know yet, this would have been my first ripe one.   I think the stem just started fading as it died off. But, shit, I do have a BBG7 growing right next to the Goronong...might have to make a cross for next year.
