Great vid guys and cool to put a faCe to a name Nova....The rectal tears for us is a 9/10 in heat and is basically like you said a solid all round meat sauce....we try and marry the sultanas to the apple when cooking so theres slight undertones to a nice solid warm-hot sauce. Cheers again guys!

Yeah mate happens to me all the times...especially when I deal with super hots....touch a little and burn alot...just grab those thin latex gloves from the supermarket and youll be good. By the way your sauce is on the way.
