I had the same thing happen with my Ethiopian Thunder, Wiri Wiri, Nipples, and Orange Congos.....I think the trouble was that it wasn't warm enough for these heat loving chillies to germinate...I basically put about 20+ varieties in a plastic bag at the same temp...most germinated right away...
