Thanks Joyners the Stevia will be dried most of it will go to a family member with diabetis. The smoking trays are of the disposable kind around 3 euro for 10 you can easily re-use them 3 or 4 times they are ideal for smoking.

If they are green but dried I don't see why not, the brown ones I normally discard. I like Stevia in tea but not in coffee it changes the flavor too much(it kinda has a green taste to it)

you could do with some kind of reservoir to store the rain water from the wet season(wich should be fairly long in Germany ;) I saw a guy from australia use an old second hand swimming pool for this purpose.
