Homemade buns were okay - I ate off of one the night before, but they got sorta stale before I was actually able to make the hot dogs since I had to wait until today. :(

You failed at finding the Bäckerei that also includes a tiny general store - open on Sunday mornings. Bakeries are always open Sunday mornings. What do you expect Germans to do - eat day old bread? Also, you could easily find a Gasthaus to sell you some meat/buns/ingredients.

Alright, about to put the first hot dog bun in the oven as a test..... we'll see how this goes...

Hey! Got home today and was surprised by a package from Salsalady and Heartbreaking Dawns! I've opened up both packages, done a bit of tasting, and am AMPED UP. Love 'em so far (but have yet to try them on food!) I'll try out writing reviews and post what I think within a day or two...

Yeah, I was 4 or 5 in 1991. If I saw that beer bottle back in 1991, I probably would've said "This Key West beer label looks as if it's very current." My label era-placing skills have always been very refined.

I'm definitely down with Holiday World. I usually just hit up all 3 coasters as the park opens and then rush to Splashin' Safari. The rest of Holiday World is sort of like a shitty carnival as far as rides Awww yeah. I am now HEATIN' UP.
