Haha, my wife wrote those, she did misspell it... I didn't notice until now.. Lol You got it, don't fill the jar all of the way with the purée, the gasses need some room... They yes, add vinegar to level of purée.

Im just using regular white vinegar, i think most purees are just vinegar and maybe some salt, i didn't add ant salt, i try to keep it as pure as possible....!

Yep, put pods in a food processor and pureed them, then put puree in jar and add vinegar until it reaches the top level of the puree, then i gave them a boiling water bath.. That is it
