i have this kind of set up before ... i am guessing you are using rocks in it ?? if so i always had to turn off for like 15mins ... but if your room is hot then u might need to leave it on 24/7... do you have the whole kit??

yeah for sure on the fresh garlic.. i just did not have any in house .. i had these in the freezer for a few weeks .. and both of the racks where fatty .. not to happy with that... we like leg of lamb better.. i pulled it out of the the oven at 140.. we like it medium around here .. over all...

ok back today . i pulled it off and cut it open only got a few seeds out of it but i not going to use them anyways ... when i cut it open some water came out of it .. so i tasted it and :mouthonfire: so it does have some heat in it for sure.... nothing better than a fresh cut pepper...

well i am back and i got my first aquaponics ripe pepper... well almost and i have a few more on there ... it seemed like it took for ever but here it is

well i use flood and drain and i just pump the water out and i mix up new stuff in a 55gallon drum then pump it where ever it needs to go ... works great for me ... seems like DWC could be more of a pain in the ass.. good luck..

i use mesquite also.. but all i have now is oak.... mesquite is to heavy of a smoke for me ,oak seems to be what i like ... and it burns slow and the temp stays the same all the time
