roasted rack of lamb..

i am not sure where this needs to go .. feel free to move this...


i am roasting 2 racks of lamb in the oven ... salt,pepper,garlic,onion powder,fresh rosemary,sliced onion in the center.. thats about it on that.... so here are the before pics ...

Nice....I'd have about ten of those sprigs sitting on betwixt those racks and about 15 cloves of garlic inserted into each of those fat caps. Then again
I'm such a whore for French cooking. Please post the roasted final porn! You have fans awaiting sir!
 
yeah for sure on the fresh garlic.. i just did not have any in house .. i had these in the freezer for a few weeks .. and both of the racks where fatty .. not to happy with that... we like leg of lamb better.. i pulled it out of the the oven at 140.. we like it medium around here .. over all it was good ... we only had 1 rib left for today enjoy guys ..

l thanks guys for all the nice words... that dr pepper was for my kid... if you look at some of the first pics there is a beer in there thats what i had...:lol:
