They'll get big in good dirt, like a small tree. My in ground didn't in crappy soil here at the house but a good friend of mine that grows my seed in ground with good soil trimmed his back when it reached 8' tall. He lives 10 miles north of me and has much better soil, AFAIK he didn't even amend...
I tried with a little, hope it doesn't have a negative effect as I did da vinegar ting too :/

Your opinion is correct and I agree ... Temp range on my Nesco is ~95°-155° (31°C - 71°C), that said as you say I’ve run her for weeks also … “low and slow” FTW achieves what one desires ^_^

Thanks Scott, I like it’s versatility as you can use it in so many ways, first use was on last nights dinner, tacos con carne or even thin some out for a future liquid sauce ... Some of the processing gets to me but by the time they’re in da pan my sinuses are fine ;)
