Just stumbled across this thread (Ive not been around for a while). Im so glad that the general consensus is that these sauces are pretty good. It makes all the effort worth while.
Vincent the 'Original' is the 'milder' of the 3 sauces ive done so far but would gibe most 'hot' sauces...
Whippets Tail (Elephants trunk or what ever you want to call it) is the longest pepper we know of hence the 2006 thechileman growing competition. The winner grew a pepper an amazing 12+ inches long.

Im my experience, Tobago Seasoning peppers are mild but have a fantastic smoky yet sweet citrus flavour. I grew a few plants last year but was disapoointed with the yield. Im planning to grow some more next year with a view to making some powder.
