I would go with a Fatali, they Yield great and earlier than a Buht. Pretty hot and they have lots of flavour. That or the doughlah varieties.

Mosquito Dunks or Aquabac both work. I use Aquabac BTI because it is already in a granular form, comes in a Parmesan cheese like container. I sprinkle some in the bottom cup I use for bottom watering, killed off the infestation I had pretty quickly.

Ya I have the overwintered plants sitting by a window on the other end of the house. No way am I gong to risk my seedlings to those bastards. I am pretty sure all my plants are dead by now anyways, no leaves left on any of them and no signs of new growth. Oh well :P
