People use different kinds of fine meshed net to protect flowers, branches or whole plants from being cross polinated. I have heard about teabags and small gift bags for single flowers.

I know that atmospheric ozone is very harmfull to plants. I don't know how it would affect the roots though.

The leaves on the pubescens plants I grew this year all had a smell when rubbed. Somewhat reminding me of tomato or tamarillo leaves.

Very nice! Red, Shorter than lemon drop and more folded as a habanero is. Looks like you are doing it right! Are there more pods on the way? 5 seeds aren't much to work with :/ F2 is in sight :)

This one is so worth growing, so beautiful (I mean, look at my profile pic) and so tasty. Really a keeper! Had it last year, this year and i'm growing it next year too :)
