I am waiting until early April to plant the tomato seeds.  Its so tempting to start them... I almost cant wait, but I must delay because of space concerns.  The peppers are doing well.  All of the varieties I was extremely excited about have germinated.  I will post some pictures sometime soon.

Last season nearly every seed vendor was out of MOA scotch bonnet seeds... there must be a reason...   If you are selling plants at a stand, I would imagine you would get a fair number of people asking about "ghost peppers," "scorpions," and the "carolina reaper."

Maybe try letting them dry out a little more.  It looks like I can see a bit of algae, which can indicate too much moisture.   Do you have other trays with the same jiffy pellets that are doing well?  That is odd that one whole tray would be unresponsive... and across several varieties. I am not...
