powder-flake check out my variety for first HOT powder...

Great peppers and pic! I'd put that on my wall as a poster. I'd keep them seperate, you can always make a mix later but it'd be hella difficult to seperate em.

I usually cut in two, cut side up it as well. Sometimes i'll do them whole cuz there just so damn purty like that.

    Former n00b question #01

From my limited experience what i've noticed is seeds fresh from the pod germinate faster, as quick as 2 days with a thai pepper, 3 or 4 with a hab. Haven't noticed any difference in germination percentage or growth rate.

    hydroponic HYDROPONICS

I have better germ rates from other methods but they sure do grow fast in it. Just make sure you take it out before the roots get too big, the hole is so small its hard to remove the whole thing without damaging it once it gets too big.

    YELLOW NAGA

Sounds awesome. Can't wait to see it. Are you going to selectively breed it out to a stable yellow naga? You can call it "Cheezy Naga"

    hydroponic HYDROPONICS

Yeah, that's what i have. The reservoir and lamp height are too small for pepper plants except maybe small varieties. That's why i just it for basil right now, you can just trim it down when it gets too close to the lamp and it'll keep branching out. I see faster germination with rockwool...

    hydroponic HYDROPONICS

I have 4 chile plants about 1 month old in a DWC under a 400w hps and 105W 6500k CFL (just ordered my MH conversion bulb). They are growing fast! If you are talking about the aerogarden, it won't work well for any big varieties. I got one as a gift as well and had a hot paper lantern in there...

Cabernet rehydrated bhuts and chipotle and??

Those both sound great. I have a lot of these Bhuts, i'll probably end up trying most of the ideas i get from here. I have a pork loin i was trying to decide what to do with as well. 2 birds with one stone, woo hoo! The sun-dried maters and balsamic gave me another idea too. Instead of making...

Cabernet rehydrated bhuts and chipotle and??

So i have these dried bhuts i got off the internet a while back. They were flame dried and have a very smoky taste, not pleasant like a chipotle but not quite unpleasant. I finally decided to do something with them. I thought rehydrating with red wine might taste good so i did that with 4 of...
