    Cops at front door

SO did they ask you if you were growing pot or did they ask you if you had a medicinal card? I do not partake in the herb but us Washingtonians can grow it legally if we have a card for it. I have several friends who are card carriers and as card holders can legally grow 15 plants each. I Have a...

    morouga scorpion=brain strain?

+1 There are a multitude of combinations of traits that make up each pepper variety. I have tried quite a few now and am still way behind many on here with the mass of different peppers out there. Now this said I will also state there are many varieties out their that share the same parentage...

    Total Newb Question :-)

They will grow but may not come out as you hope. Some of the reasons for this is the peppers may have cross pollinated with other types of peppers grown with them or near them. Often I have seen commercial growers grow their produce in long wide rows with different types in each row sometimes...

    Pepper native to Australia

As far as I have learned all pepper species ( talking Capsicum ) are from the new world (north and south america) and all the varieties coming from the rest of the world are from seed brought from the new world originally.

    The Fluorescent Grow Challange...

Sorry for not getting the final pics up sooner but work had its way with my time. So no pods on the challenge plants but do have flower buds on one. As far as what was gained from this grow. Many claim you can not rely on getting pods to set under florescent lighting or maintain compact growth...

laserguy you are completely right about this but I was referring to my inside grow. No my temps were not even close to the high's of the south but my lows were in the same range. Baobabs

Well here is a pic of one of my African Baobab seedlings starting to make their adult compound leaves at just over 15 inches tall. The leaf damage is from using a supposed gentle fungicide/insect spray on them because of fungus gnats. It did even more damage on my hot peppers and I followed the...

    Baobabs

Just a thought but maybe cover this pot with a heavy gauge wire dome to protect it and any others that may still come up. Even a bird other wise could swoop down and cause another loss/setback. Once it is up and several true leaves grown 8 to 10 inches it will be more durable.
