    DE/str8 shavers unite!

After a few shaves getting my technique a bit better, I was able to shave ATG today without too much trouble. Still a bit of stubblywubbly on my neck, but wow my face is smooth as hell now. Found a supplier of DE blades and found styptic powder at the local drug store. I'm set on basics...

    Sky's 2010 season.

Well, last year I grew both the Yellow and the Red Devil's Tongue. The reds did much better, but the pods, while large, were a bit bland. I'm hoping to reverse that this year with tons of yellows and not a lot of the reds. I'm only growing the red this year as an experiment to try and cross...

Those are beauties! You're right, that trini scorp is one of the prettiest pods I've seen. Nice work, mate.

    Pi's must try beer list.

That list seems heavy on stout's, so here's my additions in that vein: Rogue Shakespeare Stout. If you can find this on cask, prepare for bliss. Founders Breakfast Stout. "Double Chocolate Coffee Oatmeal Stout". A meal in a bottle. Victory Storm King Stout. In my opinion, one of the finest...

harvesting How do I harvest a Tabasco?

Every tabasco I've grown has been very productive. If I grow them again, I'll plant one instead of the three I had last year. I'm still finding bags of dried tabascos from last year in my cabinets, found one in my dinette set in a drawer, etc. Tons of pods.

    My first 7 pods

The face of delicious evil. aka one of my 7 Pot Yellows. I'm with ya, P. I want my pods to look like they want to rip my soul out of my chest and then beat me with my own intestines.

    Sky's 2010 season.

Starting to see some pods ripening. Hooray! 7 Pot Yellow Antillais Caribbean (I know, shape is a bit suss, but it's a healthy plant with tons of pods, and I'm more than happy with it, whatever it is) My Bhut is getting some nice sized pods on it, too. Finally, my Better Boy Hybrid...

    DE/str8 shavers unite!

Whoever merged my post into here, ty. This thread is full of manly win. Oh, and I only did a with-the-grain shave this time and I'm glad I did. I need to get my technique down again before I do the three-pass thing. My face is still twice as smooth as I could ever get it with a cartridge.

    DE/str8 shavers unite!

I've been using cartridges for years now. Decided I wanted to put the children's stuff away and get real so I broke out my old Gilette Safety Razor. Amazing how much closer a shave you get with one of those. I could feel all the stubble left over from the cartridges. Still had some shaving...

    Leaves being devoured

I'm gonna guess slugs as well. Check the plants at night to see if you can spot any.
