Could it be possible pesticide damage?

I had something like this happen to one of my indoor plants a few years ago.  I threw out the plant, soil, and pot.  To my mind, it's easier to start over than trying to chase a problem that may just kill the plant anyways.

I use:    Nitro Bat Guano, worm castings, blood meal, bone meal, Alaska micronutrients, Potassium Sulfate, and mycorrhizae when transplanting.   Wanting to try Azomite soon.

This is my first year using Bat Guano, and I'm impressed with how well it works.  Three tablespoons lasts for months with my plants.

Might be a bit much.. hope not.         ..
