    Hi. I'm new to the spice world nd got a couple questions :)

    there is no such thing as activating a sauce. i have noticed that depending on what you put your hot sauce on it can loose some of the heat. it also makes a big difference on how much you put on. do a little research on the sauce find out what type of pepper they use in it.  the fun part of it...
