Well it looks like I cant do anything to prevent mites when they decide to infest a plant.
Even with regular spraying with organic pesticides they show up eventually.
My three goat plants are stunted and doing nothing anymore and most of my yellow scorps are getting hit hard.
And to top it off...
2 lbs lobster meat

It usually takes 6-8 hours at 160 degrees depending on how thick the meat is sliced.
Its all hand cut so there is slight variance in the drying time.
I start checking it after about 6 hours to start getting the more thin slices out.
To test it I take a piece out and let it cool to room...
