Yeah, I'll be hitting up peppers by mail as well on the 21st, The Last box of Peppers I got from AJ was packed so full you could not have gotten a frog hair in the box after he was done!

That's really something, I have seen many things made from pallets. but never a guitar case!

Scheduled a vacation day for the 12th, now depending on if it is approved, I will at least make it out sometimes Saturday afternoon after I wake up (downfall of working a graveyard shift). Looking forward to it!

I thought it would be a good option, And for me it just seems a little safer then the hot fill hold even when knowing the PH is low enough. I went ahead and ordered some bottles and lids and will give them a try with my next sauce.

I'll be making a few batches of hot sauce for family and friends. Since my girls are into day of dead sugar skulls, hell any type of skull, they have them on their phones, backpacks, clothes, ipad cases, stickers on just about everything. I thought I would make up a label, using a sugar skull...
