ive germinated many C chinese. But from fresh seeds straight out of a pod. couple days bam. dried seeds are different then fresh ones.

Well I found out this particular breed of chili takes a while to germinate.

id recommend you grow some tepin chilis and new mexico chili! this shouldnt have a prob where you live.
