I HATED pellets with a passion, always had problems with them but that was with the peat ones. I gave the Coir pellets a go recently and have had great success with them. I would never use the peat pellets again, moisture control is way too hard.

I think these days you'll have great success with the 18-25 age group. That generation seems to get into cooking with the MasterEverything that's around. My generation can't cook for s***. Plus they're in that age where they can 'eat any pepper you throw at them', or so they'll say ;)
