How is the taste on those bumble bee tomatoes DF? I grow an Isis Candy and the look is similiar. I like the full bodied flavour they get. However it takes until September for them to get that way in my garden.

Those pods look enticing. Only two of my pods have that yellow hue. Everything is still a lime green. I second the vinegar hot sauce idea. It is worth a shot.

The pods look good. This has been an off year for myself. The annuums flowered three weeks ago. Cold nights happened every month this year. Everything else is just flowering now. I hope there is enough time left for the pods to size and colour like yours Paul. 

Home made corn chowder with a new sauce. I am trying out PepperNorth's Blueberry plague. I am sure others have tried it. I find it mixes nicely with the corn flavour. Then the scorpion peppers double you over. Sure beats Worcestershire sauce!      

Question, do tomato hornworms come in yellow? I'm wondering if I found this one at a pupate stage. When it wants to it can stretch out to five inches and run surprisingly fast.    

Ouch the 1st is a tough one. Last year we got hit on the 10th. The 12th is average but highly variable. I hope you have a pepper evacuation plan (PEP) in place for when the weather changes!

My other community garden. Potatoes doing well this year. Corn is struggling. Tomatoes are bushy this year. Winter squash hidden behind corn and summer squash off to the right. Root vegetables behind potatoes.  

2019 sour cherries...well after the bird tax!  

I haven't tried all that many hot hot peppers yet but I can say that scorpions are hot enough to induce a painful goodbye!
