Thats a pretty detailed review, enjoyed it thanks.     It sounds like a sauce I would enjoy, I dont really care for smooth puree or watery sauces.  I like little chunks in mine, for that reason alone I mostly buy Carribean sauces.        cheers

My favorite 7 Pot is the Jonah, its a very good sauce and powder pepper.  It has a strong chinense taste so its an acquired taste for some But I really like them.  Its a must grow for me.

I had 55 varieties this year at around 175 plants total, there were so many plants I wanted to try.  Next I am cutting back to no more than 30 varieties but will grow the same amount of plants.  My concerns are about controlling or better controlling cross pollination if possible.      cheers      

cool, I am a popcorn fanatic also but I dont have one of these.  I just use a nice stainless steel pan with lid..... I find the best method or secret to good popcorn is most people use to high a heat trying to cook the kernels too quickly.  I use a good sunflower oil and add just a little butter...

I live in Central Ohio, USA.  I plant right after Mothers Day and I start getting pods about early July.  I have some plants that produce faster than others so take from that what you will.
