wanted Wanted, Trinidad Purple Coffee Seeds

I grew TPC last year and growing again this year.  Its a pretty plant, its mostly for ornamental reasons though. The peppers are edible but cant say they are my favorite taste or anything.    I can spare some seeds as long as you reside in the USA, shoot me a PM and I'll dig through my seed...

    review Marie Sharp's Green Habanero

Thats a pretty detailed review, enjoyed it thanks.     It sounds like a sauce I would enjoy, I dont really care for smooth puree or watery sauces.  I like little chunks in mine, for that reason alone I mostly buy Carribean sauces.        cheers

    flavor Dedo De Moca/cinnamon taste?

I grew them the past couple years, I cant exactly put a finger on the taste as my tastebuds dont exactly register cinnamon and maybe if they did it would be so slight I guess I dont really notice.  But it does have a unique flavor I dont get with other peppers.    Its a great plant, high yield. ...

Show us your Ghetto growing gear.

Here is my new Ghetto Gear, I had a t8 shoplight give out last year but kept it around, I went and purchased two ceramic light fixtures and mounted them on the existing metal apparatus after I flattened it out.  I purchased these 32watt (300watt Equivalent) LED Bulbs on clearance last Fall for...

    Best tasting Thai Pepper?

My Neighbor who grew up in Vietnam always tells me that most markets only stock varieties of peppers that sell. So an orange Thai pepper may not make it in certain villages and markets, vendors arent going to take the chance that a pepper wont sell as commerce is even more so important in...

    What peppers are these

Forgive me but your post is a bit confusing, if you want ID on peppers you are gonna have to post some pics.  If its on seedlings or small plants that is going to be near impossible.  I hope we can be of more help in identifying when we get a bit ore information.      Welcome to THP

Suggestions on what i should grow this coming season

The red Fatalii are my favorite of the strain, also a fan of the Red Devil's tongue but of the two I usually go for the Red Fatalii as the plant is a better producer for me overall.

    Prolific supperhot variety's

I acquired Wicked Mike Peach Bhut seeds for the 2017 season, I cant wait to grow them.  I am a big fan of the Peach Bhuts in general, I agree with all your comments.  The Peach Bhuts I grow are large and smooth, they arent impressive looking but produce like crazy.  When I heard about the...

chinense Trinidad scorpion mixed with orange habanero

I grew an F2 Scorpion x Orange Hab this year, the peppers were orangish yellow and heat was around 700-800k SHU i would guess.  It was a pretty nice pepper, the cross was originally done by a guy named Jack Skaggs.    Its a good cross, flavor I would say had the bice Orange Hab notes and you...

Are you cutting back the grow in 2017 or expanding?

I had 55 varieties this year at around 175 plants total, there were so many plants I wanted to try.  Next I am cutting back to no more than 30 varieties but will grow the same amount of plants.  My concerns are about controlling or better controlling cross pollination if possible.      cheers

How to make hot pepper popcorn with the Westbend Stir Crazy

cool, I am a popcorn fanatic also but I dont have one of these.  I just use a nice stainless steel pan with lid..... I find the best method or secret to good popcorn is most people use to high a heat trying to cook the kernels too quickly.  I use a good sunflower oil and add just a little butter...

    Selling peppers??

I live in the USA, without knowing your local produce prices it would be hard to judge.  Here is what I do, all the local Groceries in my area sell the standard "Orange Habanero" for $3.99lb  so I sell my different varieties of Habanero peppers fr $5lb simply because I grow them organically...

I live in Central Ohio, USA.  I plant right after Mothers Day and I start getting pods about early July.  I have some plants that produce faster than others so take from that what you will.
