This is a clone I took from last year. A particularly hot and tasty BBG Choc that obviously leaned more to its red side. Great burn and huge compaired to last year.
Heres a plant that got fried but seems to be bouncing back.
Here's a few healthy plants that adapted.
And here's a front yard plant that gets a lotta shade..prob more humidity.
I have peppers all throughout the front garden as well and all of those get a bit of shade. They are very relaxed and green looking. Last year was a success for the front yard but the peppers on the roof seem to harder and more dense. No ripe peppers yet for the front yard while the roof is...

LOOKING GOOD! Yeah thats the BBG cap. Strange trait..and wonder why it never popped up in other peppers. Good peppers though..BBG is an enjoyable pepper.
I never thought much about the humidity. Seemed a bunch of varieties were a bit weak on my roof in Socal. A bunch of them got fried but seems that some can dig it and some good ones too. I don't know what the humidity is up there but it's so hot that it's hard to stay up there. Im growing...
This is a rather cool pheno of Choc Brain Strain (Judy's Stock) that turns from a pale whitish tint to a yellow then brown and red tints and then darkening into Burgundy and still getting darker. Early tester peppers were tremendous.
I got the first of my peppers ripening already and will have a lot more on the way. First come first served. Some very hard to get varieties. All superhots. This year's batch is unbelievable so far. Taste and heat are already more than I've ever experienced. PM for details.
