I put a few granules of slow release fert/pesticide in each of the plugs. Basically this stuff kills earth borne insects. Hopefully we see some improvement.   PS the gnats are already here, as expected. Hopefully they will be eradicated

I put a notebook between the radiator and the seeds, it isn't too hot as I have some sprouts already :D

Yay last station, everyone can start the season with new seeds! :D

Thing is, somehow they always make their way into the trays xD I'll try the peroxide suggestion, can it be harmful to seedlings? Also I can't obtain mosquito dunks since I just live in a place where mosquitos are extremly uncommon

Hey guys, the start of the season is upon us :D basically how do I keep fungus gnats out of my propagation trays (>_<) last year all of the coir pellets were filled with larvae and other nasty chit. Even found some maggots :O

Well what I usually do is split the ornamentals, basically I put one outside one inside. 4 out of each producer go outside mostly and one of each inside. All in pots, will decide on pot size later :D

This is what I went with, 2 of each ornamental and 5 each for the producers :D Ornamental: Bolivian rainbow Chupertinho Prik kee noo suan Aji charapita Pequin Cheiro roxa   Non ornamental: Chocolate hab Lemon drop MoA scotch bonnet yellow Jay's peach ghost scorpion 7 pot jonah

So I've been aching to do one of these since I joined. This is my third season growing peppers, it is incredible how much I've learned thanks to you guys :D It won't be the best of glogs, but it is my glog :D   I'm going with 25 plants for production and 12 decorative. Most probably the numbers...
