the secret to get lowest temperature with peltier device is to dissipate heat.  if heat sink + dc fan is not enough, try this: Have fun!!  

nutrient chiller is very easy to implement and it's not expensive if you have basic electric circuit knowledge.   look for peltier cooler or thermoelectric cooler (TEC) on ebay, aliexpress or amazon.   good luck.      

just add more RED light.   640nm-680nm red light to induce flower for long day plant. 730nm far red light for short day plant.

you won't be able to force reaper to bloom unless you have enough carbon / nitrogen ratio.   i will show you an example.  this is an unhealthy reaper plant. it's about 30cm tall.  i did force it to bloom.   i don't know why many people try to solve the problem using high P nutrient.   does...

  nope. it's too small. i will give you some examples.   this is when pepper plant is ready for transplant.   1st pic (pepper plants in 3oz cup) 2nd pic ( farmer market jalapenoes in 5oz cup )
