A few jars are missing, but I made 56 pints of salsa! 4 batches (a batch yeilds 12 to 14 pints) ranging in heat from Jalapeno (12 pods for a batch) to a Reaper batch with 36 reapers for 12 pints :ROFL: average of 3 reapers per pint... It's fricken :fire:
I never did weigh in yet, and already dehydrated this batch. Couldn't find my scale. So, here's a pic of my first harvest, just done last week. That's a large ziplock bag for size reference.
Lol, ive never really noticed them much, but the horse fly's this year were insane... Not only were there tons of them, but they were huge! Worst I've ever seen them.
