    I pull the old plants, and leave the old media in the containers over winter until spring, then about a week before I plan on potting out, I dump the old media onto the tarp and mix in the new stuff.

    Yep, I re-use my mix as well. I have been doing basically what solid said, adding about 30% fresh mix each season. I just pull the old plants out and any larger roots that may have broke off and still be in the soil. Then dump it all out on a tarp in the yard, mix it up and chop up the finer...

    I don't have anything super crazy yet, but some nice pods either way. Yellow BrainStrain with really big shoulders... Reaper from last seasons open pollinated seeds... Nice BBM... Couple or reapers on my OW'd reaper plant (2nd season)...

    Haha. I make salsa's, hot sauces, spicy vodka for Bloody Mary's and dehydrate some for dried powders. I'll also freeze some as well for use in cooking later on. :Party: :fire:

    7 pot lava with some curly growth on top from a third branch coming off. Leaves and all look normal, just has a weird curl to it, I think maybe one of the leaves was hung up on a lower leaf or branch initially... This PNV ripens to almost a caramel/ redish brown color...

    These are suppose to be chocolate ebony habs, but they are ripening to red. Both plants (this one and my back up plant) pods look the same and both are red.
