Hi there, soon I will harvest my chocolate habaneros and want to make fermented sauce. But how much salt use for it to start fermentation ? And only chilles will fermentate ? Or I have to add some cultures like from yoghurt ?

Guys , I decided to make Glog . I will start from this that now in Japan is Tropical Cyclone . My green house totaly Gone. And I had to take risk and go outside to evacuate my plants. Pots were lying on ground. I will  take photos tomorrow.

Its look pretty painfully. Is it possible to eat like this super hot and look normal ?

Thanks, are You japanese ? or just live there? :D I want to move warmer place in Japan to growing it whole year. Now usually I start my seeds in November inside growbox and middle of May I moving plants to greenhouse .
