    Wasn't expectin

So this year i planted about 20x as many varieties of peppers that i did the previous year. And although i did order quite a few from Pepperlover.com and Fordsfieryfoods.com I always seemed to get almost as many freebies as what i ordered. So as the pepper lover i am i planted all of em. From...

    pests Aphids and Pot Size

Same, i was having the same results with the soap mixture home remedy where it seemed to be doing more damage than good. As far as the plants go they've all pretty much outgrown their pots. i planted them all in six inch pots and all my plants are close to 12" tall. (Morugas are short but very...

    pests Aphids and Pot Size

Well, im just just kind of growing them indoors atm, not really expecting fruit over the winter. (Not sure if i have the light requirements (2300 lumens per bulb two bulbs  per lamp, three lamps)) Other than the room i currently have them in is about 12' x 10'. Theyre all still growing on a 4ft...

    indoor Indoor polination

I'm afraid of cross polination between the hab and bisbas so maybe I'll just try the shake method. And by cotton swab I mean I took a cotton swab and swabbed every flower to spread the pollen.

    indoor Indoor polination

So I'm growing a few varieties of peppers in my house through the winter season. I currently have my first pepper plant (bisbas) starting to flower. I was wondering if there was anyway to polinate the pepper indoors? I tried this last year with no luck by taking a cotton swab from flower to...

    Leaf Curling

And as far as everything i have, i have them set up under a T8 48" shoplight with daylights bulbs running 18-6 on a timer. I water them once every two days or so just barely keeping the soil moist. And give them the fertilizer once every two weeks. But in the end if i lose the peter peppers...

    How Much is "too much"

Nice, havent gotten to the raised beds on the rooftops yet. But i do have a whole room in the basement dedicated. Theres just too many different types of peppers with cool pods or unique flavors to choose from! I had to physically stop myself from ordering more seeds  than i already got.

    How Much is "too much"

Last year i started growing peppers. I had thought i was growing trinidad scorpions, but ended up getting bamboozled, ending up with two different varieties of Habeneros. That being said i was fully prepared this year to start anew and get what i originally wanted. HOWEVER!!! Upon ordering a...
