Last year i started growing peppers. I had thought i was growing trinidad scorpions, but ended up getting bamboozled, ending up with two different varieties of Habeneros. That being said i was fully prepared this year to start anew and get what i originally wanted. HOWEVER!!! Upon ordering a multitude of seeds from Pepperlover.com, Fords Fiery Foods, and some amazing pods from Wicked Mike, i ended up with 20 varieties of peppers this year. So i took the time and made myself a pepper room for the winter. Complete with Heat, Over head shop lights, And self watering Pots. I blame all the freebies that these three vendors give when you purchase something. They drove me into the realm of too much! What do you guys think? is 20 varieties too much? Keeping two of each variety btw.

Agreed you can never have too many...but as soon as someone begins to build raised beds on their roof tops,well that just might qualify as overboard!

Nice, havent gotten to the raised beds on the rooftops yet. But i do have a whole room in the basement dedicated. Theres just too many different types of peppers with cool pods or unique flavors to choose from! I had to physically stop myself from ordering more seeds  than i already got.
Haha now you will spend every waking moment wandering around your house, looking for a spot to put "just one more" pepper plant.rkempston said:
