I just wanted to show a picture I took of one of the Bird Pepper plants at Monticello in Charlottesville, VA.  There was a whole row, and all of them were loaded with peppers.  I wish mine would grow like this.

Your pepper plants are so healthy looking.  Looks like you will have lots to harvest later.  I know you will put them to good use, being the chef that you are.   I will not be growing to many hots next year, as my tolerance is not that high.  Just the usual Jalapeño, cayenne and  Oaxaca types...

Well, my brother decided to name him Odie.  He named him because he didn't like me calling him Henry.

Thanks Smoke.  I'll tell my brother that.  Everybody keeps saying "have you named him yet".  That's why I made this post, because neither of us  could think of a good name.  Feeling a little rushed to name him. 

Some funny names on here.  I'm running them all by my brother.  Hopefully he names him tonight.

I don't know what size mine is.  It's the larger one.  I'm just wondering if they are better than the fabric pots.  Most of my peppers are grown in fabric pots.

I am getting aphids on a lot of my peppers also.   I am brushing them off outside.  All of my peppers are still in solo cups, except for this  Aji Jobito.  I am trying one air pot this summer to see if I like them.  Here is my Aji Jobito that I am still hardening off.  

When you took all the soil off the rootballs, did you keep them in the shade or full sun.  That's a lot of stress on the plants.  I think you should have left them in the shade for a few days. to lessen some of the stress.
