You are a good cook and know how to cook many things. Me, not that great of a cook, but not terrible. I do really need to learn how to use my peppers, besides
pepper jelly and powder.
I like your grow list Rick. Lots of Korean peppers, no doubt for your Kim Chi...I see you are growing Sang Cho. I have a few seedling of this one from a seed
train. Never tried it before. I do like bootsieB description of it as a lower heat pepper.
Sometimes when I'm in conversation with customers about my garden. They ask me what variety of tomatoes I'm growing. I just tell them heirloom types because
they will get confused if I tell them, Babushka Kyka, Dagestanskiy, Ample, etc, etc. Same thing with the peppers.
I have 5 Aji Jobito's, will have to give at least 2 away, 5 Aji Rosita Red, and 2 Aji Margariteno's. I would like to grow the other varieties next year.
It's cool your growing the Zapotec. I going to start some older seed I purchased from Beth, Belize Sweet and Joe E Parker. I already have a few Zapotec going. I
always looked forward to ordering from her site.
Thanks Dave. I started them a couple days after you sent them to me. They are all doing quite well. Very much looking forward to trying them this summer.
This is my prize jobito plant. I have 5 all together. The Jobito is on the left, and Bahamian Goat on the right. I started the seed of Bahamian Goat 1/13/16. The
Jobito was started 1/27/16. The Jobito is a little bit larger.
