would like to see your pics and as for nutrients in the soil, I don't have it in front of me so I am not sure but am going to move them up into bigger pots this evening into miracle gro soil and see if that makes a difference.

I have a 2 bulb 5ft flourescent with daylight bulbs, not sure of the ouput. I'm gonna pot them up in miracle gro soil and see if that jump starts them.

using a fan at very short intervals acouple days a week, I found out the hard way that it dries the soil very quickly and I lost a few to that a couple weeks back.

megahot they do still look leggy to me too and the light is probably 2-3 inches away from the leaves and it runs 24/7.

Well I got a 4ft 2 bulb shop light they are getting leggy, also lost a couple to getting too dry, it's hard to stay on top of the moisture level, also running a fan on them, how long daily do you guys normally run your fans?
