i was wondering if you could use frozen or dried chillis to make a fermentation sauce as ive got quite a few in the freezer & dried. never made a fermentation sauce & want to have a go at one.
just got in from work to find the parcel, not opened it yet will prob get tomorrow until i get chance. still not heard from jlawrence, do you want me to send to him or to spicefreak.
I've ordered seeds from him & they've been fine, he's selling the space chilli seeds that Jenny song was selling as she doesn't sell them anymore, steve sells all her stuff for her now.

I have a greenhouse at my house a grow room in my loft, 2 polytunnels & a greenhouse at my allotment so I've got loads of room for the plants
