Yes it is unfortunate, but we're small guys too and the overhead of keeping the small quantities in stock didn't add up. Possibly in the future it will.
Bummer that happened... Cardboard never does well when it gets wet.
We had a flood once right after a big run of sauce and lost $1000's in product. We learned our lesson and now have everything stored higher up.
We're no longer selling small quantities or running sales on them due to not...
My wife just upped the curry game! Last night she made an amazing Massaman Curry with fresh wild Makena Goat (Maui) // Kabocha Pumpkin // Coconut // Potato // Cilantro & Carrot // Slathered in Adoboloco Hawaiian HotSauce
Haha... The answer I give showoffs and punks (since I've never had my sauces scoville tested) is "hotter than you can handle" then they proceed to take a big chug to prove to their friends they can handle it... while sweating and barely able to talk, they usually buy a bottle and ask for...
We make what others call a Chipotle sauce, it's called HAMAJANG. Most people don't understand that Chipotle literally means "smoked jalapeno". Our main ingredient is smoked ghost peppers. It has heat but it builds... here are a couple review videos for it...
Another tip to save on shipping with your online sales. Use this API and hook it up to your website using a plugin if possible: EasyPost.com We started using them and a padded envelope cost $5.35 per label. They pass the upper level commercial prices on to you. Each label through them will cost...
Here is some wild venison I smoked week before last... turned out really good but had to finish it in the oven on low. It had rained and my smoker is made out of brick so it was a little to moist to finish drying it in there.

On the right I finished it...
Yes exactly... that is by design. If it's to tight and any pressure is put on the outside of the box, it'll pop the bottles.
Glad all of you are getting some good use out of them and it's helping other hot sauce makers get more hot sauce out into the world.
Yes exactly what Scott said. We put them in a very thin plastic back for protection and then roll them really tight and they fit perfect. It's rare that we get orders for 2x so when that happens it goes on the outside of the box and still fits in the flat rate envelope with a full 3 pack.
Yes a much better shipping rate. The flat rate envelope is $5.70 to ship 3 bottles. If you try to send the box on it's own it would cost you a lot more since it's over the 1lb First Class rate.
No worries on the pics... we can add them whenever you're ready. Sorry about the crazy work...
Love it!... Looks like you seriously have the hang of it. How it's Made is a favorite around here :)
Yes retail stores love the 3 pack. This year Tommy Bahamas purchased them for their stores nationwide. When we ship them for orders online, if a customer only orders 2 bottles and a t-shirt the...
That's awesome... thanks for sharing the pics. You're right, they don't need any tape to keep them shut. I'll make sure to add some of these pics to your section on the site here: http://hotsaucebox.com/hot-sauce-box-gift-set-hot-sauce-makers-retailers/
BTW don't forget to email your logo to...
Right on Kalitarios & Lucky Dog... You won't be disappointed using the Hot Sauce Box. They've made a world of difference for us as gift boxes and shipping boxes. We have a big event in August and we sell them as gift packs there. People love choosing what flavors go in the box for themselves or...
