Think they use dogs as well. An yes they inform the recipient. Of them being held. An think they try and charge them $30 to send them back. Or they offer to dispose of them for free. I'm either gonna do the Bday card. Or make it look like a thick envelope of junk mail.

New Zealands customs in cracking down on imported seeds. Don't know if it needs the certificate that Australia does. Have seen some on FB post their incoming seeds got confinscated. It does say on their website any incoming pepper seeds must be labeled with the scientific name. Not sure if...

This goes along with ProudMarineDads topic. "Of should containers be elevated?" This is one reason for yes. If you're getting excessive rains. An don't have room or resources to cover. Then they are better elevated. As long as you soil mix has good drainage. Which yours sounds like it does. So...
