Had a couple of warm, sunny days this week, so set the young-lings out for a bit (2-hr). Foliar watering with a mist bottle, but still managed to get some sun scald on most. Pulled back inside in filtered light to see what happens. Going to take much longer to harden these off.
The seasoning will stay with you. This was half the loaf, sliced and froze the other half. Pan seared these in smaller pieces and chowed. The missus loved it.
Doing the Greek thing today, Psyched! Tzatziki sauce was BOGO at the grocer. My Monday off is dedicated to cooking for the week. Also some Italian and Mexican.
Going there Monday (day off). Just me and the dog home that day, so no complaints will be lodged. Also the day to prep. my latest ferment for bottling. :P
