My PH is 6.0 and my TDS PPM is 470. Temp is 72 deg F. That converts to 0.735 EC. Is this good? Thanks for the help guys. My first time doing hydro.

I checked it 12 hours later. PH is 5.5. I added some CalMag+ to the water. PH came up to 6.0 Will check it in the morning to see if it goes anywhere.

It is some type of Thai. Here is my Thai Black Dragon pepper plant. Looks very similar. Mine go from green to purple to red.

After a week or so I will try to help the plant out by grasping the leaves gently, and pinching the helmet on its sides, not the flat part. 50% of the time I am able to get the leaves out whole. The other I end up tearing the tips off. The plants usually survive about 95% of the time with torn tips.
