Tonight I had my first Billy Boy Jonah. Crazy hot, and crazy nasty flavor. Acrid was how it tasted to me. Just a hint of red Chinese and then dry acrid nasty.

  It was, not too hot either!

Man, I wonder how you'll be able to top this next season?

Had my first Moruga yellow this morning with my eggs.......ouch

I ate all mine in about 5 mins! A co-worker that doesn't like crazy hot peppers is going to grow them next year.

Had 2 scorpioneros with dinner last night. Didn't like the flavor at all.

Thought I'd throw this out there, a thread where people post what new pepper they are trying today and maybe a pic. Not so much a recipe, just seeing what people are going to try for the first time.    I'll start:  Tonight I'll be trying my first Assam Bhut Jolokia(MGOLD86).

I used half this year and I can't see any difference between the plants in them and regular pots.  I used 7 gal containers, maybe bigger and there would have been a noticable difference?

Here the ones that are left and how they look. They were grown by another member here.  

  I got DESTROYED by one about an hour ago!!  It was the most painful pepper I've ever eaten by far.  I chopped one up and put it in a bowl of Campbell's tomato soup and had a glass of cool water to go with it.  It felt like a MAPP torch with every slurp, I almost stopped after the 3rd or 4th...

Well, I ate a whole habanero(the gateway pepper) in college at a party. Just one. A few other guys were doing it too, and I wanted to fit in. I didn't even like it at first. After the painful burning subsided I felt bad. Then I did it again at another party and felt better. Really good! And...
