that's exactly what I bought it for. nice to know it works well for that. I hope to try iy out soon.   it was a little rough on recovery but im happy to say im mostly back on track.  ive just decided no more stupid heavy lifting like I used to do.

that's ok, thanks for responding.  I still haven't tried it.   back surgery really put me behind on things.     what have you used it for?

aphids are the devil!  glad to hear your plants are recovering.     thanks!  it was a huge chore thankfully I had some help.    I watered them yesterday I can finally see some growth. if im lucky they'll catch up and ill still have a good season.

 that's the exact reason I planted late. I knew mine were to small to survive.   I hope you can recover with what you have.

that's definitely my preferred type.  but they don't always want to cooperate. lol thanks!  they're smaller than years past thanks to life getting in the way. but most seem to be trying to catch up.

makes perfect sense to me. that's pretty close to the type I grow.   this is my first year trying to grow rocoto's. I managed to get three types growing. I have high hopes on them.

finally got everything planted that could be. weed barrier and mulch done.  now its time to water and wait for them to grow.   before mulch       after                     managed to get a few rocoto to grow. I put one in the ground and all the rest in pots so I can easily over winter...

if they grow out really well and you want  seeds from them id be glad to save and send some back.  I'm interested to see what the pods look and taste like.

thanks!  yea the weather has a way of going nuts right after you've done a lot of work.    if it grows as well as last year ill be happy.

  ive got three plants of the Tekne Dolmasi x Jalapeno Zapotec that made it to the dirt.  im hoping they do well.  ill get pics when they're big enough to show some progress.     all of your plants look incredible. maybe if I'm lucky mine will catch up.

thank you for the encouraging words.  I'm trying to do my best growing out what you've sent.  I cant wait for some fresh salsa!   the weather turned ugly again on Monday. its been raining everyday since and much cooler.  hoping none of the plants die.
