If you're growing in containers I would definitely go with perlite, I usually mix around 1/4th to 1/3th of perlite to soil, this will make water drainage in your soil vastly better. If you have the funds for it, you could add something extra like horn or bloodmeal, but it's not needed, i've had...

Doesn't seem to have hurt them though, they are growing pretty fine at the moment! I hope I can get my phone back soon so I can finally update with pictures  :dance:

Well you sell seeds, i think you probably know the economical side of this better than i do. Could be just ego at play too, or just a case of a nasty person, hard to tell for sure.

I agree with you, but you'll always see when there's money involved that certain people will break these community ethics, which is kind of sad.

I'm not in the USA, but i've ordered from Semillas and the seeds arrived pretty fast and so far i have 100% germination rates on them. Can't tell you yet if they are crossed or not, but we'll see later.  :dance:

my Aji lemon drop did the same thing... I staked it with a toothpick and now after a week it's sort of straight again, you could try that

Looking good coup! Don't worry about the leaves hanging a bit, mine do too and they still grow fine, i'm guessing they are having to work overtime to transpire moisture under the intense light and heat, but i could be wrong. Keep up what you're doing, it all looks good!

I've grown thai basil and coriander a couple of times, the seeds are readily available online, and they make for good additions when cooking spicey food and are relatively easy to grow. I could probably hook you up with some belgian tomato seeds from my grandfather if you'd like, i've seen him...

It's definitely not a pepper. That being said, my Aji lemon drop leaves also have a distinct smell to it, very weird.

From pepperseeds.eu? I had the same experience with them. Very cold resistant and fast growing plant though, but not worth the trouble.

Would be cool to see a phenotype that has the bleeding calyx and the wonderful color of the CGN21500, could still happen in the next generations, who knows! Judging by how fast you ate them, i'm taking that they are very tasty :D  

I've ordered a couple of things from his site too, all in all pretty expensive, but the quality of the seeds was good and i never got less than 10 seeds per bag. He also interacts with you on facebook and answers all your questions in a timely matter.  All in all one of the better seed vendors...

I took your advice and ordered myself some worm castings online, should arrive soon! Too bad i still cant take any photographs, I hope i can update pretty soon with pictures, but it's still nothing spectacular so far.
