This won't build. It will hit like an atom bomb, and what happens after a couple bites is an insane adventure in sensory overload.
The combo of the PE and the Jimmy Scorpion will be brutal right off the bat. And that much powder takes it from being a creeping kind of heat to a full blown...
Yes, it's like anything else. You can get used to it.
But be practical. Find your level of heat comfort, and just enjoy it. Pushing yourself to have a higher tolerance simply to show off on YouTube is plain stupid. Eat enough hot stuff on a regular basis, and you'll naturally increase the dosage.
Something nagging at the back of my head about this made me look up an article that I had read prior to the last big powder deal that floated around here. Here's a quote from it worth noting:

The intent was .75 of a piece of pizza each.
After having skimmed through a couple of your vids, it's a longshot on either one of you getting through a whole slice before reversal, or outright quitting.
Believe me, the way this will feel to you, there's no shame in throwing in the towel after...
Put them up for sale (post included in price), put up pics of them, and send them promptly.
Or even send a few out for free at. Not SFRB size, but smaller samplers of a few peppers.
Once people know what to expect, you'll do fine.
Over/Under 1.5 pieces total between the both of you before reversal.
Powder/flake is a different sort of animal. The concentration of peppers per bite is much larger than chomping on a single pepper. There is no advice I can give you on lessening the impact, just prepare for a lot of intense...
"The tip and top" of your tongue tells me it was something that you ate, and that it will likely be a temporary situation.
Even slightly burning your tongue on something like coffee or hot tea would do it.
