found some manzano's peppers at the local Hispanic market. first time trying them and i must say they are pretty good. little pricey,$5 a pound
cant wait to stuff them with something.
dont know if you have ever spent much time in texas in the summer, but coming from up north, you just might change your mind when its 95 at 10 o'clock at night and 105 in the day :hot:
as far as growing outdoors in texas, try and plant where they will get some late afternoon shade. a shade cloth might be necessary to create some shade. i use an old bed sheet. when its 105 in the summer, flower drop is hard to prevent. shade will will help
i see several green houses out in the country where i fish that have been falling apart for years now. im talking about commercial size green houses. hell, even my sons schools green house hasn't been used in the last 8-10 years.
shame that they spend a lot of money on a nice heated green house...
