Just tasted my 1st ripe Dulce Sol , I was expecting the kick of a super hot but man to my surprise it was sweet tasty and had a bit of heat this has to be the tastiest pepper yet!          

The label says Moruga but looks more like a Ghost?

    Yea Im sure you can I've looked at the commercial set ups same basic principle- I like the Idea of raising Talipia or other food fish at the same time You get your veggies and protein from one unit.

You sure the whole plant isn't getting to hot? Out here in Cali if I put anything on the roof it would burn up this year, I had to grow everything under shade cloth Tried to put them out but the Sun torched them lost a bunch of pods to scald so back under shade they went.

I found a trick that works really well for rusted grates is soaking them in vinegar overnight the rust just falls off for the most part. Also if you are going to be smoking on it  really helps if you extend the stove pipe down to about a inch off the grates. I use towels and foil to plug up any...

  I tried some Aji Pineapples whole last night  had the temp at 125 let it go all night checked this morning still wasn't dried one even looked a bit burnt but still squishy.
