LOL, literally 30 seconds after emailing out to my office about this last plant it was gone!

plant What kind of plant is this?

Agreed, can't tell without pods, but I have a TMS and have been growing them for a few years. Your leaves look like mine, in general, but the plant/stems look much more stretched than mine do (doesn't mean that it's not a TMS, could be a different pheno, or growing environment).   Ask again once...

    Small pepper

I'd vote for goatsweed cross also. I have a black cobra (aka goatsweed) and it looks the exact same but with much more slender fruit.

Dennish 2016 - Bacca to the Future

Beautiful garden, love it all! Sucks with the earwigs, peace was a better option for them... Seeing your Big Jims are making me think I have my hands full in THE LAND OF THE GIANTS!

This is where most of the peppers I keep will be going. At this point I was mixing in some compost/amendment to add in some inexpensive cubic feet. Yeah, it's in my front yard, but my garage door is close by so I can pay good attention to the plants here. And most of them are ornamentals.    ...

The good thing is, on this glog I can show you how some of them turn out.  :) In due time, of course.

That's great! Really, deep down, I believe chileheads and chileheads alike (those who grow, that is) are simply plant lovers at the core, or they become that way. And for me, there are plenty of reasons that I like growing peppers; they grow as fast as weeds, there's a decent variety of leaf...

2016 is Ohjay's year of the habanero

Were you able to pick up any taste from the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion? I run a red variety and it has a slight smoked flavor to it. Very hard to pick up the flavor though because the heat is soo intense.   The largest piece I can eat without expecting compensation and suffering tremendously is...

    problems with a pepper

My vote is either over or under watered. If it was a nute deficiency, I'm not so sure the plant would have an easy time putting on that much fruit.   I have a plant that constantly gets under-watered, mostly due to its location and my lack of being around there, and it looks like that. Usually...

    Acclimation causing yellowing?

Something that works semi-decently in killing off algae without harming the plant is to dip the roots in a light h2o2 mix (hydrogen peroxide). I even go as far as to add a super tiny amount of h2o2 to all of my reservoirs. I do this as a preventative measure. But keep in mind that h2o2 also does...

Thinned out the herd, gave a bunch out to friends and coworkers, kept my favorites. Next wave to chose from should be coming soon.   Yaki Brown starting to take on some purple. Pink Tiger getting even deeper. .

    shade Shade cloth %

Ah, I live like 2 cities away from you.    And that is just about perfect. I really like how it's enclosed and well above ground level. Good light, ample space, and the corner means guaranteed not to have too much sun when it gets too hot for the plants no matter where the sun comes up from. We...

Help ID Problem - Cayenne Pods Shriveling on Plant

Damn, hopefully someone else has some ideas then. I contemplated over fert, over water, bad ph, virus, and bugs, but now I'm stumped.

    Snipping buds/flowers

It sounds like you have the advantage of year round growing. And in your area, I'm sure pepper plants of all varieties happily live out their perennial lives. That being said, the true ingredient to HUGE plants is... time.   If you want massive plants, don't look to just one season to provide it...
